Welcome to the Shawano County Register of Deeds Office. I’m pleased to offer in the year 2011, the best in technology for your information and convenience. Our recording system makes available either in our office or on the Internet the real estate tract information dating back to March 16, 1995, and images dating back to Feb. 10, 1965. All other recordings including our first recording from 1858 can be accessed by our manual books. THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION ABOVE IS CHANGING DAILY DUE DO A CONVERTION PROJECT BEING DONE BY THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE. IT IS OUR GOAL TO DOWN LOAD LAND RECORD IMAGES STARTING FROM 1885 TO THE PRESENT.

As in the past, Shawano County Register of Deeds will continue to provide all customers the finest service possible. To ensure that we stay on the leading edge in our field, we continually make changes and encourage your participation. We welcome your suggestions and comments and look forward to hearing from you.
