 NOTICE: LandShark will be turned off Sept. 30th at 4:30pm and will be replaced with our new online service RecordEASE starting at 1:00pm on October 3, 2022.

If you are an escrow account customer, please contact the office at 715-524-2129 for help activating your account and/or setup training for account users if needed.   

The tract information is available from 3/16/1995 to the present. A Credit Card payment is required to view/print images.  "DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD" The conveyance fee for securing your credit card transactions is $5.00 and the copy fees are the statutory fee of $2.00 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page of the same document.
